Last night at 8 PM, when Bill was walking Chip, he noticed some strange activity taking place.
First, there was an A-1 Southern Cab parked on our block of W 35th Street. 2 black males that are not from around here got into the cab. After Bill had walked the dog and came back to our block, at least a good 10 minutes had passed. He watched as one of the men left the cab and walked down Jefferson Street.
The other man was carrying a wallet and started walking down 35th toward the scumbags at 319 West 35th Street. Once there, the man took some things out of the wallet and gave the wallet and something from the wallet to the ONLY white man that ever hangs over there and another black man that had been hanging there ALL day. Next, the man from the cab went over to another black man hanging on the corner of 35th and Montgomery and appeared to negotiate with him before turning over some more papers (or perhaps credit cards?) to the man on the corner. Shortly after that, all the scumbags disappeared.
At 11 PM, the cab was still sitting on our street and the seller (thief?) was in the front seat with the driver of the cab. That must have been a heluva cab fare!

Pisser stumbling away

At 7:45 AM, this morning, I was walking Chip and on my way home, I saw this Pisser. Yes, he is pissing right there on the side of the building. He was so drunk that he was stumbling and walking half the time in the street.
