Tonight on the news, it was announced that the city will now prosecute people that throw debris in the alleys in the city. We are not talking about putting trash in the alleys in the containers. This is about the jerks that throw tires in the alley rather than pay $5 to properly dispose of tires. Also, it is about jerks that  do remodeling and instead of paying for the proper disposal of the debris (like Bill does), they just toss it into the alley. I saw one black guy fill the dumpster that belongs to Delaney Hall (which provides meals to the poor) with construction debris. The next day it was emptied, and he came back and filled it again! I gave his plate number to the preacher later that day. Now, I can call Crimestoppers instead and get a cash reward. I'll be watching!
