Happy meal tossed on Jefferson

How nice! We go for a walk and see where scumbags toss their trash. These people are animals. I am so sick of seeing trash tossed out in the neighborhood. Why do people come here just to toss their crap?
God knows, if I knew where these scumbags lived, I'd pick up their trash and throw it on their front porch.
