Lately, Dirty South Records has been setting up this green canopy on the corner of Montgomery and 35th. A few minutes ago there was about a dozen people out there including a dirty mouthed rapper. They were  playing the music very loud. I could hear the music in my house with the doors and windows closed. I did record some video of the little rapper with the dirty mouth. Why are the people from Dirty South Records allowed to play loud music and obstruct the sidewalk? When the Girl Scouts of Historic Savannah were selling GS Cookies in front of the Juliette Gordon Low house, there was a big stink about the girls obstructing the sidewalk up in the historic district. Why is Dirty South allowed to obstruct the sidewalk? I see favoritism or maybe payoffs...
