Ticket for parking the wrong way

No ticket, parked wrong way AND in front of a hydrant

Ticket writing is hit or miss in this section of Savannah. This van was parked in front of my house, facing the wrong way. I've never seen anyone get ticketed for this before on our street. Then about an hour later, this car pulls up to the hydrant, facing the wrong way and stays for a while. No ticket. Course if a policeman was standing here on a Friday night, he could make some serious cash for the city writing tickets. They double park, park in front of the hydrant, park on the sidewalk.
