Here we are at 9:00 in the morning. One of the crowd said "Where's Hiyah?" Doesn't matter, here they hang.

While walking the dogs at 8:45AM there was a man behind the house at 310 West 36th Street smoking (crack?). He was hiding next to the back stairs.
I'm sure the owner doesn't know he was there.
