The picture on the left is Tuesday March 8. Again, these people don't live here. Just hanging out for hours.
The picture on the right is Wednesday morning, March 9. You can't see his face but the man sitting on the left side of the porch is an old drunk. He is drinking a little of bottle of something alcoholic. Not even in a paper bag, just right out in the open. The red sign to the right of the window says "No Loitering." None of those people live there. Just Loitering.
