Well, the ho's are back. Yesterday morning,the ho that calls Chip "Brownie" was back on Jefferson Street. She is a light skinned black girl with short hair, probably in her 20's. She looked healthier than she has in the past. Maybe she has spent some time in jail and getting regular meals? Anyways, she went over to see the girl that seems to be a little "slow" and has been sitting on the porch at the corner of Jefferson and the 200 block of W 35th Street. The girl that sits over there is the one that shuffles like Charlie Chaplin.This morning I saw the "slow" girl walking down Jefferson with a black guy that may be her pimp. He was tall and walked about 20 feet behind her as she shuffled down Jefferson. I'll try tomorrow to get pics if possible.
